ERP Sales Representative Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of EZYPRO’s ERP solutions. This role requires a combination of consultative selling, technical understanding of ERP systems, and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in target industries and markets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to prospective clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of EZYPRO’s ERP offerings and communicate value propositions to decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to design customized ERP solutions.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on ERP market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in ERP or enterprise software sales (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they address business challenges.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
