- Qualification: Graduate with Statistics or Mathematics as elective subject
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
3. Stenotypist (BPS-14)
- Qualification: Intermediate
- Typing/Shorthand Speed: 80/40 w.p.m.
- Skills: Computer Literate
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
4. Composer (BPS-14)
- Qualification: BA/BSc
- Experience: Typing + IBM Computer experience preferred
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
5. UDC (BPS-13)
- Qualification: Intermediate
- Typing Speed: 30 w.p.m.
- Skills: Computer Literate
- Training: 3-week Basic IT Training (MS Office) by NITB during probation
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
6. Photographer (BPS-13)
- Qualification: Matric
- Experience: 3–5 years in photography
- Skills: Understanding News value, Studio work knowledge, Ability to caption subjects
