The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations, engaging with customers online, managing sales data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-sale support.
As part of an international and dynamic team, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and improving customer engagement while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media platforms.

Provide accurate product information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Maintain courteous, solution-oriented communication to build strong and lasting relationships with customers.
2. Sales Support:

Assist in processing customer orders, managing invoices, and maintaining sales documentation.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Record and update all customer interactions, transactions, and order details in the company’s CRM system.
3. Product Knowledge & Communication:

Develop an in-depth understanding of LANGYA AI’s product portfolio, including software, AI tools, and audio technology.

Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and new launches to communicate effectively with customers.

Share insights and feedback with sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, challenges, and emerging market trends.
4. Reporting & Analytics:

Generate and maintain regular sales performance reports.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Support the sales team in tracking progress toward monthly and quarterly targets.
5. Administrative & Team Support:

Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, and preparing sales presentations.

Maintain organized records of correspondence, performance data, and customer details.

Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Thai, Mandarin, or Cantonese is an advantage.

Previous experience in sales support, online customer service, or administrative roles preferred.

Familiarity with audio gear, technology products, or software solutions will be a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
