We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance and leave, manage documentation, and assist in preparing reports. This role demands strong organizational abilities, a commitment to confidentiality, and precision in handling HR data to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records with accuracy.
– Assist in managing employee documentation and organizing filing systems.
– Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and administrative duties.
– Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required.
– Coordinate with employees regarding documentation and policy inquiries.
– Help organize HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
– Ensure all HR data is accurate, confidential, and current.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and formatting.
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and formatting presentations.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
– Basic understanding of HR procedures and practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Details:
– Prior experience or internship in HR is preferred.
– A minimum of 1 year of HR experience is advantageous.
– This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
– Candidates must be available and willing to work during these specified hours.
