Male / Female Sales Agent Full Time

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Agents to join our food stall team at Centaurus Mall, Islamabad. This full-time role is open to both male and female candidates with up to one year of sales experience in any sector. The position offers a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives. Candidates must be prepared to work onsite and have reliable commuting arrangements or be willing to relocate to Islamabad prior to starting.

Key Responsibilities
– Engage customers by effectively promoting and selling food products.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting stall environment to attract and serve customers efficiently.
– Meet daily sales targets to qualify for additional performance bonuses.
– Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
– Work collaboratively with team members and management to maintain smooth operations during shifts.
– Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sales to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications
– Up to one year of sales experience in any industry is acceptable.
– Availability to work full-time hours from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
– Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to Islamabad before joining.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
– Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer interaction.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
– Experience in food sales or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
– Competitive monthly salary ranging between PKR 20,000 and 30,000.
– Additional daily bonus of PKR 1,000 for sales exceeding PKR 35,000.
